    Generally, the place was ideal and had very very helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was plentiful and you could choose from cereals and pastries. I had the classic king room, it was stylish and good-sized. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, it was close to the a la carte restaurant and art gallery and concert hall.

    Luxurious. Breakfast far too expensive for those who can eat very little in mornings, very unfair rate. No towels were replaced on one day, having to wait for towel set in the morning after ordering. No proper ventilation in whole hotel, felt very much dryness in the air and heat all through, even with windows open on a cool day. The difference was felt

Hence, we preferred to stay outside more than inside, even after having paid so much. When we check in, they must re-emphasis that breakfast is not included, we hardly eat anything in morning, and to pay 24 euros each, was exorbitant.

    greatly enjoyed my very nice stay on vacation. the location was great - ease of access to chamber music hall. further, it was near philharmonie, tiergarten, kulturforum, and bus routes to centre and zoo districts, brandenburger tor, charlie's checkpoint, berliner dom, and potsdamer platz, brandenburg gate and richsstag.

    I really enjoyed being just a short walk from Potsdamer Platz and the beautiful Tiergarten, made my weekend strolls so charming and convenient.

    Well maintained and clean. Staff friendly and helping.

    Only one English news channel for a 4 star is not good. Somewhere upstairs an irritating intermittent knocking noise (not the elevators) No coffee facility in the room Thin worn towels Could really invest in a modern toast machine!

    Maritim is a very nice hotel, oriented a bit more toward the business traveler with amentities and significant conference room facilities. Very well located (although about 15 min walk to closest U-stop). Very nice pool and sauna facility.

    any add-ons - breakfast, parking, internet, etc. - are all quite expensive.

    Hotel is located very centrally / has big rooms and very good breakfast. Reception very helpfull and I got the feeling that we are very welcome there what is excellent service from employees - Thank you!

    As the hotel is very big and is chain hotel sometimes the email corespondence before is very slow as to get the reply on sent email takes a very long time. But I believe that the reservations is doing their best to answer all emails on time
